2. Handling Time: We deliver your order to cargo within 24 hours. If you live in the UK Mainland, you will receive your order within 3-4 days.

3. Delivery Time: We will deliver the product(s) to you as soon as reasonably possible. An estimated delivery date will be provided to you when your order is placed and we will endeavour to deliver the product(s) within 4 working days of this date, if not before.
• Scotland (Dumfries, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Kilmarnock, Motherwell), England (East Midlands, Greater London, Northeast, Northwest, Southwest, West Midlands, Yorkshire, and the Humber), Wales = 2-3 Days
• England (East of England) = 1-2 Days
• England (Southeast) = 2-3 Days
• Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Scotland (Aberdeen, Dundee, Falkirk, Outer Hebrides, Inverness, Kirkwall, Kirkaldy, Paisley, Perth, Galashiels, Shetland Islands), Isle of Man

If an occurrence beyond our control causes a delay in our ability to supply the products, we will let you know as soon as feasible and take action to lessen the impact of the delay. If we follow these steps, we won't be responsible for delays brought on by the event, but if there's a chance of a significant delay, you can get in touch with us to stop the contract and get a refund for any products you've already paid for but didn't get.
